For the 2016 UEFA Euro Cup in France, Reset Group collaborated with one of the biggest Italian companies, Ferrero, in the organization of a truly fun advert with our Giorgio Chiellini as testimonial.
For their subsidiary brand Nutella, Ferrero asked us to identify a high-profile name with a positive image amongst Italians, who was willing to play along the fact that the chosen profile wasn’t technically gifted. This was chosen in order to make the advert as effective as possible while simultaneously keeping it fun and ironic. For the following reasons, we suggested Giorgio Chiellini, as the defender is one of Italy’s main players and a true professional with a self-ironic personality.
The campaign was launched in the run-up to Euro 2016, with the aim of enhancing Nutella’s role as the official sponsor of the Italian National Team. The initiative was extremely positive for Reset because it allowed us to associate the image of one of our main profiles to a successful Italian brand like Ferrero. The collaboration made us immensely proud as Nutella is a historical product in Italy with an enormous International brand value.
The advert was filmed in a suggestive location, the track of Lingotto in Turin, resulting in a great success on all mainstream media.
